The green light on the image could possibly originate from some IR source. Perhaps the camera is a tad more sensitive to those frequencies than human eyes and therefore may recognize the IR radiation as green light source. Maybe you can spot a possible IR source if you look from where the reflection in the window and on the pipes could origniate...
If you look in the windows of that train, you see yourself distorted. But for the camera the window is actually merely a mirror.
